Terms and Conditions

General conditions of use of the services and software.

1. Business use only

The services and software are intended exclusively for professional and business use. They are not aimed at consumers and may not be used for personal purposes unrelated to business activity.

2. No reverse engineering

It is forbidden to decompile, disassemble, modify, copy, reproduce or attempt to extract the source code of the software, in whole or in part, by any means.

3. Software ownership

The software, its content, trademarks and code remain the exclusive property of the provider. The user only acquires a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use for the duration of the subscription.

4. No guarantee of results

The provider does not guarantee any specific result from the use of the services. The user is responsible for the use made of the tools and information obtained.

5. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Cremona shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
