4. Technical requirements
Proper use of the service requires an up-to-date device and a stable internet connection. The provider is not responsible for malfunctions due to the user's devices or networks.
5. Support
Support is provided exclusively via email, with no guaranteed response times. The provider undertakes to respond as soon as possible.
6. Suspension for unlawful use
The provider may suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of unlawful, abusive use or breach of these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
The provider is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data, lost profits or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the service.
8. Payments and Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions made on this site. Paddle issues tax receipts, manages payment disputes (chargebacks) and applies its own terms of use for the payment service. By using the services of this site, the user also accepts the Paddle.com terms applicable to transactions.
